Your Local Market in Bellevue, Wash., will hold a benefit Friday, Jan. 13, for Bellevue LifeSpring (formerly Overlake Service League), a local charity that provides emergency services, youth programs and educational assistance within the Bellevue community. The event, FridayFest, is free and open to the public, with wine and beer tasting and free samplings all day throughout the market.
FridayFest will take place from 5-7:30 p.m. and is a monthly event to help local charities in need of exposure and support. Your Local Market is providing free food and live music, as well as free wine and beer samplings. There will be a silent auction and door prizes with items and services donated by local businesses, including Regal Financial Bank, Medina Nails, Pearl Bellevue, Oriental Rug Company, Fetch Pet Care, Lucky Strike Bowling, Lincoln Square Cinema, Bellevue Art Museum, First Street Fitness, Purple Café & Wine Bar, Regal Cinemas, The Bellevue Westin Hotel and others. Auction items include services, gift certificates, movie passes, gift baskets, office catering and more.
In addition to the silent auction, Your Local Market will donate 10 percent of Friday’s sales, including both online and in-store, to Bellevue LifeSpring.
