Molson Coors Brewing Co. plans to introduce beer products flavored with iced tea and citrus in a bid to build its market share.

Executives of Denver, Colo.-based Molson Coors discussed ice tea-flavored beer and other new products at a meeting with analysts earlier this week.

The Wall Street Journal reports that “Coors Light Iced T” will have roughly 4 percent alcohol and no caffeine. The iced tea beer will be introduced in Canada next month before a possible U.S. rollout.

Also planned are a limited-time-only citrus flavored beer and other new products.

Reuters quotes company CEO Peter Swinburn as saying at the meeting that “someone else is eating our lunch in the alcohol space,” and that the beer maker needs to counteract the loss of drinkers to wine and cocktails.
