“Consumers continue to seek out healthy, flavorful products and recipes; they want to know what’s in their food and we do our best to keep things simple,” says Erin Hatcher, brand manager of Duke’s Mayonnaise. “We feel we will exceed our consumers’ expectations with this product, which we adapted from our signature family recipe and made it available in a Light version with Olive Oil, without compromising flavor.”

Duke’s Light Mayonnaise with Olive Oil is naturally rich in Omega 3 ALA (alpha linolenic acid), is trans-fat free, high fructose corn syrup free and available in a convenient 11.5-oz. squeeze bottle. The new variety will start rolling out the week of April 2, and will be available at select grocery retailers and online at www.dukesmayo.com.
