Better4U Foods, a food company that produces all natural gluten-free and thin crust pizzas, has announced that Whole Foods Markets will begin selling its frozen pizzas in Florida stores beginning this month. Whole Foods Market, which will have 18 Florida stores by the end of month, has more than 300 stores nationwide and is considered to be a leader in the natural and organic foods supermarket industry.

“Selling into Whole Foods Market is a terrific accomplishment for any natural product,” says Jack Lotker, Better4U Foods founder and CEO. “We’re confident that Whole Foods’ consumers will appreciate that our pizzas have the right mix of great taste and superior nutritionals (dramatically lower than the competition in calories, fat and sodium).”

Delray Beach, Fla.-based Better4U produces four varieties of wood-fired thin crust pizza: Four Cheese, Roasted Vegetable, Uncured Pepperoni and Mediterranean. The wood fired pizzas contain eight whole grains and 19g of whole grains per serving. The company also makes five varieties of gluten-free pizza, produced in Better4U Foods’ Gluten Free Certified Facility, certified by the GFCO (Gluten Free Certification Organization).

The gluten-free multigrain crust contains 8g of whole grains per serving. The gluten-free varieties are: Gluten Free Four Cheese, Gluten Free Uncured Pepperoni, Gluten Free Roasted Vegetable, Gluten Free Mediterranean and Dairy Free Gluten Free Roasted Vegetable.
