The U.S. team competes Sunday in Rimini, Italy. King Arthur Flour Bakery Operations Manager Martin Philip will be in Rimini, Italy, this weekend competing on the U.S. team at the SIGEP Golden Bread Cup. The competition is being held in conjunction with the 34th International Exhibition for the Artisan Production of Gelato, Pastry, Confectionery and Bakery on Jan. 19-23.
