A serving of unsweetened hot cereals Earnest Eats Hot & Fit Cereal Multi-Serve Canisters contains 190 calories or less, 2g of sugar or fewer (from dried fruit), 6g of protein and 5g of fiber. Available in three flavor blends: American, Mayan and Asia. MSRP is $4.89-$6.99 per canister.
Lightly sweetened with non-GMO pure cane sugar, each Earnest Eats Hot & Fit Cereal Single-Serve Cups has 290 calories or less, contains 8-9g of protein and 6-7g of fiber. The three available flavor blends include American, Mayan and Asia. MSRP is $2.29-$2.99 per cup.
Earnest Eats Chewy Granola Bars contain 150 calories or less with half the sugar of leading granola bars and are available in three flavors: Dark Chocolate Almond, Power Grains & Flax and Superfood Trail Mix. MSRP is $3.89-$5.99 per 5-count box.
