McCullough, most recently director of training and change management, has 30 years of experience with BGC and has served in various retail and human resources leadership roles. She established the training and change department in 2010 and has pioneered this new area of the company, including the addition of the retail training specialist and store trainer roles and implementation of change management methodology. She holds a professional certification in human resources (PHR), is certified in change management, and soon will complete her bachelor’s degree in business management.

Moss, most recently director of merchandising and space management, began his grocery career with another supermarket chain 36 years ago and has worked in various roles in retail, including store management, buying and advertising. He started with BGC in 1992 as a private label merchandiser and helped establish the retail merchandising function, working his way up the ranks to become director of the area in 2006. In late 2008, Moss stepped away from the merchandising area to serve as project manager for the development of the Fresh by Brookshire’s store, from its inception to its opening in 2010.
