Whole Foods Market will open its Frisco, Colo., store at 10 a.m. Tuesday, April 29, following a bread-breaking ceremony, remarks from company and local officials as well as a donation to High Country Conservation Center.

The 32,000-s.f. store will feature fresh, local and organic produce, local meats from ranches throughout Colorado, a sandwich station, hot bar, soup bar, salad bar, coffee bar, fresh-rolled sushi, hand-tossed pizza, as well as a full bakery—offering homemade, filled-to-order doughnuts, Frisco hand-pies and organic baguettes baked fresh daily.

At an elevation of 9,097 feet, the new store at 261 Lusher Ct. is Whole Foods Market’s highest location. The store will employ more than 150 people.
