The webinar, hosted by the Women Grocers of America (WGA), is being presented by Lisa Walsh, VP of PepsiCo Sales, and Barbara Thomas, director of training at K-VA-T Food Stores. These industry veterans will talk about what motivates them to mentor new associates in the industry and why they pay particular attention to young women. Guests will take away strategies to build their bench of high potential future leaders.
