Fleet Advantage Promotes Holland To President

Fleet Advantage's Brian Holland

Fleet Advantage, a leading innovator in truck fleet business analytics, equipment financing and life cycle management, has promoted SVP and CFO Brian Holland to president. Holland, who joined Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based Fleet Advantage in 2011, will continue in his role as CFO.

In his new role as president, Holland will be responsible for establishing and executing new growth strategies and overseeing company operations. During his tenure with Fleet Advantage, Holland has managed the company’s financial and syndication functions, as well as devised and implemented the infrastructure necessary to support the company’s aggressive growth. He has more than 20 years of experience advancing revenues, profit, processes and performance improvements in start-up and accelerated-growth environments. Prior to joining Fleet Advantage, Holland served as VP of operations and CFO for Toshiba Business Solutions Florida/Georgia.

“It is very reassuring to pass the torch of president to Brian Holland,” said John Flynn, founder and CEO of Fleet Advantage. “His expert level of industry knowledge, combined with his diverse background and financial acumen will serve Fleet Advantage and our customers with a broad and unique perspective. He has been influential in establishing solid relationships with both our lending partners and OEMs, and has helped to guide our business culture, operational infrastructure and team of high-performance associates. With Brian’s strategic focus and long-term vision at the center of Fleet Advantage’s operations, we will continue to build upon the company’s financial performance and further the company’s sustainable long-term growth.”

A certified public accountant and graduate of Georgia Southern University, Holland is active in the community, volunteering his time and expertise to numerous nonprofits, including Fleet Advantage’s Kids Around the Corner Foundation. He also serves as a board member for SOS Children’s Villages Florida.
