Natural Grocers by Vitamin Cottage plans to open its first North Dakota store at 4517 13th Avenue SW in Fargo. An opening date has not been announced.
The Denver-based natural and organic chain also will open its ninth Oregon store in Portland, at Barbur Boulevard and Capitol Hill Road. The company also has not announced an opening date for that store.
Natural Grocers says it will provide both the Fargo and Portland communities with USDA Certified Organic fresh produce and other natural and organic groceries. The stores will feature a mix of national brands and locally-grown, raised and manufactured products.
Natural Grocers currently has 93 stores in 15 states.
I have a large garden. Not certified organic, but it could easily be. I don’t use any chemicals on my garden. I would like to find a contract company to sell my produce to. Please contact me with any questions or comments.
