Fresh Thyme Farmers Market, along with Total Wine & More, have signed new leases at Manchester Meadows in Town and Country, Missouri.
The 27,000-s.f. Fresh Thyme Farmers Market will offer fresh and healthy foods. Debuting in a suburb of Chicago in 2014, the chain has grown to more than 14 stores throughout the Midwest. Manchester Meadows is expected to be one of only two locations opening in Missouri this year and only the third location in the St. Louis metro area.
Total Wine & More will occupy approximately 24,000 s.f. and will be located near Gold’s Gym. Founded in 1991, Total Wine & More is the country’s largest independent retailer of fine wine with more than 8,000 different wines from every wine-producing region in the world, as well as more than 2,500 beers and 3,000 different spirits in various price ranges and categories. Total Wine & More currently operates 115 superstores across 16 states.
Manchester Meadows is a high-traffic community center with other national tenants, including The Home Depot and Gold’s Gym. The center is surrounded by affluent neighborhoods with a weighted average household income of $110,000 and a weighted average population of 164,000 within a five-mile radius, according to Retail Properties of America Inc., owner and operator of the shopping center.

Fresh Thyme Farmers Market and Total Wine & More are both scheduled to open this fall.
