Bashas’ will celebrate its newly-remodeled grocery store, located at the northwest corner of Chandler Heights and Gilbert Roads in Chandler, Arizona, on Wednesday, Aug. 19.
The remodeled store now has an expanded selection of products, including more organic and healthy options; a revamped deli and bakery, with ice cream by the scoop; a sushi bar; and a new floral department with a variety of flowers and gifts.
Bashas’ will offer a free bag of groceries to the first 100 customers who make a purchase at the store Wednesday. Shoppers can enjoy a variety of free food samples throughout the store, including Boars Head hot dogs and ice cream while supplies last.
In addition, another Arizona-based company, China Mist Tea, will introduce its RealCup single-serve iced tea capsules for K-Cup-style brewers during the grand reopening celebration. The product is available in four flavors—Watermelon Marula Black Tea, Passion Fruit Black Tea and Blackberry Jasmine Green Tea, as well as a new flavor called Triberry Delight Herbal. China Mist’s new Iced Tea Truck will be at the Bashas’ store from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. providing free iced tea samples and coupons for its new product.
