Olive Garden and the NFHS Network, a national high school sports media company, are teaming up to recognize team mothers and the high school athletes they support. The Rhode Island Hospitality Education Foundation, in partnership with US Foods, is hosting the second of a four-part Operator Excellence Series on Monday, April 25, at the New England Institute of Technology in East Greenwich, Rhode Island. Entitled “Trim the Fat with Technology,” the session will take a closer look at new technologies and practices that impact and help control back-of-house costs. These new technologies and practices will be presented to help manage inventory, streamline ordering and delivery and improve cooking and preparation.
