7-Eleven and Redbox are bringing back their free movie night offer this summer, where customers can receive a free Redbox movie night with every Big Gulp purchase. The offer runs through Aug. 31 at participating U.S. 7-Eleven stores, and promo codes can be redeemed through Oct. 31. Convenience retailer Parker’s of Georgia will host the inaugural Parker’s Pokémon Go + Keep Savannah Clean event on Saturday, Aug. 20. The purpose of the event is to use Pokémon Go for the betterment of the community and to come together to reduce litter on the streets of Savannah. This event is the first in an ongoing series of community-oriented trash pickup events that Parker’s is hosting. While playing Pokemon Go, attendees will break into groups and pick up trash in Forsyth Park and head north along Whitaker and Abercorn Street, ending on River Street. The top three participants with the most trash by weight will win Parker’s cash cards. Attendees will be provided with trash bags and latex gloves.
