The American Grassfed Association has become a supporting partner of MainCourse 1on1, a new event from FirstSource Events bringing together high-volume retail and foodservice buyers with suppliers of all “main course proteins” such as meat, poultry and seafood.
The event will be held Nov. 2-3 in St. Augustine, Florida, at the Renaissance World Golf Village Resort.
“Our buyer-supplier exchange offers American Grassfed Association members a unique opportunity to meet face-to-face with top buyers that are ready to source products as well as learn about the association and its offerings,” said Colette Fairchild, event director for MainCourse 1on1.
Added Carrie Balkcom, executive director for the American Grassfed Association, “This event is a timely and cost effective way for our members to reach top industry buyers to showcase grass-fed meat with a unique format and setting.”
