My/Mo Mochi Ice Cream soon will debut a non-dairy and vegan line of Cashew Cream Frozen Dessert items made with a scoop of frozen cashew cream wrapped in soft rice dough.
The four additions will hit retail shelves in early 2018, with flavors including Strawberry, Vanilla, Chocolate and Salted Caramel. Each ball has 100 calories.
“The need for plant-based food has grown immensely in the last few years,” said Craig Berger, CEO of My/Mo Mochi Ice Cream. “Our fans are continually requesting that we add vegan options to our line of mochi ice cream snacks, as many consumers look to limit their dairy intake. We’re thrilled to answer the call with these tasty offerings to satisfy their snack cravings.”
The four new non-dairy and vegan items join My/Mo Mochi Ice Cream’s traditional collection now available in both the freezer section and My/Mo Mochi Ice Cream Mochi Bars, located in select retailers. The company also will introduce My/Mo Ice Cream with Mochi Bits early next year.
In less than one year, My/Mo Mochi Ice Cream has become available in more than 6,000 retail locations in the U.S.
