The IGA Coca-Cola Institute is partnering with Disney Institute to bring a unique modular program experience—where participants pick and choose which seminar best addresses specific needs—March 4-9 at the Disney Coronado Springs Resort near Orlando, Fla.

Participants will not only hear from renowned experts but also have the opportunity to participate in three-hour workshops designed to foster in-depth discussions in a collaborative environment. Experts will be on hand for this joint program from two leading development organizations, the IGA Coca-Cola Institute and Disney Institute.

The RELP is divided into two programs: Strategic Leadership Program, March 5-7; and the Family Retail Business Program March 8-9.

The first session in this program, presented by IGA Coca-Cola Institute CEO Paulo Goelzer, PhD, focuses on self-awareness.

During the second session, one of the world’s leading experts on group and organizational dynamics, J. Richard Hackman, PhD, addresses the issue of “teams” and answers why so many teams either struggle to an unsatisfactory conclusion or crash and burn shortly after launch.

In the third session, Dan O’Connor, founder of a leading insight and advisory firm with specialized expertise in forward-thinking guidance pertaining to retail growth, demonstrates leading transformational strategies to revolutionize your retail organization. Learn about future scenarios for the next five to 10 years and the key strategies to get there intact.

The RELP’s concluding two days will be dedicated to shedding light on the complex aspects of family-owned business. This session will demonstrate how family business members can meet challenges and develop an action plan to work through the issues encountered by growing multi-generational family firms.
