New ‘Prototype’ RaceTrac To Open In Florida

A new RaceTrac gas station and convenience store slated to open in Deltona, Fla., will feature a new “prototype” format that includes a larger interior convenience store to offer more than 4,000 retail and grocery items, the Atlanta Business Chronicle reports.

The proposed 5,928-s.f., $5 million store also will have 22 gas pumps and employ up to 30 workers.

The new RaceTrac is part of the city’s Activity Center and is the center’s second development.

Atlanta-based RaceTrac operates more than 325 convenience store locations in four states in the Southeast.
