SCFIC group shot

The Southern California Food Industries Circle held an industry meeting Jan. 10 and had the opportunity to tour the City of Hope facilities in Duarte, Calif., just northeast of Los Angeles. City of Hope is celebrating its 100th anniversary this year.

The Southern California Food Industries Circle is one of the largest industry volunteer support arms for City of Hope. Represented by more than 1,000 leading retailers, manufacturers and brokers within the SoCal food industry, the organization has raised more than $140 million since its founding in 1973.

Case Rebate Program

A Case Rebate Program can play a vital role in a retailer and/or company’s partnership with City of Hope. It will provide essential funds for research, treatment and education in the fight against cancer, diabetes and other life-threatening diseases as well as drive sales at select seasonal times. Over the past five years, the program has raised more than $355,000.

For more information about this program and to help City of Hope, call 213-202-5735, ext. 26280.
