Colorado-based Natural Grocers is introducing its own line of private label eggs. They currently are available at all Natural Grocers locations.
The Natural Grocers branded eggs are certified organic, pasture-raised and Certified Humane, meaning the product meets the Humane Farm Animal Care Program standards of improving the lives of farm animals. The large, Grade-A eggs are nutrient dense and come from animals that have a minimum of 108 s.f. of outdoor space per bird.
Natural Grocers’ pasture-raised eggs are on sale for $5.79 per dozen through the end of December, and will then be priced at $5.99.
The eggs complement an increasing number of private label products already offered by Natural Grocers, including sustainably-caught canned seafood; honey; supplements; bulk foods; organic herbs and spices; and gluten-free pasta.
