The National Grocers Association (NGA) announced today that The NGA Show expo floor has sold out for the fourth consecutive year. The 2016 NGA Show will be held from Feb. 28-March 2, at The Mirage Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, NV.
“Year after year, we hear from our retail and wholesale attendees about how interactions with our exhibitors helped to establish trading partner relationships that have boosted their company’s sales and productivity,” said Matthew Ott, COO, NGA. “NGA is excited to provide our attendees this year with access to more products and services than ever before to help grow their business and stay ahead of the latest trends.”
The 2016 expo will feature more than 300 companies, as well as representatives from NGA Show Pavilion Partners, which include the Brewers Association, Center for Advancing Retail Technology (CART), North American Meat Institute, Produce Marketing Association and Retail Solutions Providers Association, on its expo floor.
In addition to the expo floor, this year’s NGA Show will be co-located with IGA WorldWide 2016, and feature more than 30 education workshops, general sessions and special events, including the Best Bagger National Championship, Creative Choice Awards and Chairman’s Dinner and Gala. The NGA Show is focused on being the premier event “where independents gather” with industry peers and manufacturers and suppliers to address industry issues and build long-standing relationships.
The NGA is the national trade association representing the retail and wholesale grocers that comprise the independent sector of the food distribution industry. NGA members include retail and wholesale grocers and state grocers associations, as well as manufacturers and service suppliers.
