Weis Markets has named R. Gregory Zeh Jr. VP and chief information officer. He will oversee the company’s day-to-day information technology functions, working in support of marketing and merchandising, supply chain and in-store management retail applications. During his 25-year career, Zeh has worked in senior information technology and finance positions in the food retail and services industries, including as VP/chief information officer at Price Chopper Supermarkets. Tops Friendly Markets has promoted Mark Lumadue to VP of distribution. He will oversee all aspects of the distribution centers in grocery, perishable and freezer operations, transportation and logistics, process quality and facilities. He previously served as manager of supply chain and director of logistics. Prior to coming to Tops he held positions at Ahold USA and Fisher-Price.
