Mr. Lawrence L. Hebert, who served as president of Lawrence James Associates, an executive search firm for the supermarket industry, died March 21 at his home in Millington, New Jersey. He was 68.
Mr. Hebert was born Dec. 23, 1948, in Lewiston, Maine, to the the late Adrienne (Lavertu) and Walter Hebert. He was raised in Bristol, Connecticut, and lived in Millington for the past 36 years.
Mr. Hebert received a bachelor of arts degree in marketing from the University of Connecticut. At the time of his death he worked as a residential real estate appraiser for his company, Lawrence James Appraisals in Millington, as he had for the last 15 years. He was a communicant of St. Vincent de Paul Roman Catholic Church in Stirling and was an avid golfer.
Mr. Lawrence was preceded in death by two brothers, J. William and Norman Hebert.
He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Rosalie (Cardellichio) Hebert; sons, Matthew and his wife Marcia and Jonathan and his wife Pamella; brother, Daniel; sisters, Joanne Bernier and Sandra Papapietro; and two grandsons, Nicolas and Gabriel.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Vincent de Paul Roman Catholic Church in Stirling in lieu of flowers.
