AJG Packaging, a provider of packaging delivery solutions, has appointed Gurprit Kaur as quality assurance director.
“Thanks to recent growth that we expect to continue well into the foreseeable future, the timing was right to bring on a new member to our senior leadership team with the right industry experience and track record to direct quality initiatives. In Gurprit, we have found that person,” said CEO Matthew Grimaldi. As part of quality oversight, Kaur will support internal and external audits, as well as filings with the FDA for cosmetic OTC products and food products packaged at the company’s Flemington, New Jersey-based facility.
Before joining AJG Packaging, Kaur served in several quality leadership and oversight capacities. Most recently, she was quality assurance supervisor and compliance at U.S. Pharma Lab. Prior to that, she served as quality assurance specialist and assistant to the director of quality in customer and regulatory audits at Spectrum Pharmacy Products.
