Casa M Spice Co.’s award-winning spices are now available in all Central Market gourmet food stores throughout Texas following the launch at the Central Market “Big Tastes of Texas” event.

The event runs from May 15-28. The Casa M Spice team will be at select stores during the event.

Central Market stores will carry the entire line of Casa M Spice Co. seasonings.

“It is an honor for Casa M Spice Co. to be partnering with Central Market to bring our seasonings and rubs to food aficionados across Texas who are looking for bold flavors with a more wholesome ingredient list,” said Dr. Mike Hernandez, co-founder and chief spice officer of Casa M Spice Co. “For a real treat, try our Chain Reaction season-all on the rim of a cocktail glass with a margarita or gin and tonic (with cucumber) or even mixed into your next Bloody Mary or Michelada.”

Dallas/Fort Worth-based Casa M Spice Co.’s seasoning products have been featured on The Food Network, Food Quest and Modern Living with Kathy Ireland and earned multiple top honors, including a Golden Chile award for Best New Product at ZestFest 2019, one of the nation’s largest food festivals.

“We’ve always known we had great, bold flavors to share. The adventure this past year winning awards, sales in nearly all 50 states and positive feedback from top chefs has proven to us that we were correct,” said Manny Hernandez, co-founder and chief operations ninja of Casa M Spice Co. “Working in partnership with Central Market helps us share the hospitality of the Casa M experience with a much wider audience.”

Casa M Spice Co. is the award-winning creator of low-sodium, all-natural spices and dry rubs for grilling, cooking and entertaining. Its products do not contain fillers such as salt, charcoal or MSG. Each recipe is available at a regular spice level or, for those wanting more kick, in an Uncontrolled version.
