Dr. Bronner’s has promoted Marc De Rosa to director of sales and Gina Coccari to senior national sales manager. The two assumed leadership of Dr. Bronner’s sales department in January of this year and since have acted as interim co-directors of sales under CEO David Bronner and President Michael Bronner, working closely with Director of Marketing Christina Volgyesi.
“Over their years of tenure at Dr. Bronner’s, and during the past six months especially, Marc De Rosa and Gina Coccari have proven that they are the leaders we need to grow our sales and take our company to the next level. The strategic vision and coordination we have had under their leadership is the best it has ever been,” said Michael Bronner, president of the Vista, California-based company.
Dr. Bronner’s sales department includes a team of more than 35 people that serve the U.S. market. At the end of 2018, Dr. Bronner’s sales totaled more than $120 million. Dr. Bronner’s will continue its growth strategy relying on word of mouth, strong customer relations, and exciting in-store and online cause-marketing efforts related to its advocacy on behalf of regenerative organic agriculture, fair trade, animal welfare, drug policy reform and other causes.

In their new roles, De Rosa and Coccari will join Dr. Bronner’s executive council, which is comprised of representatives of the company’s senior leadership and advises on the company’s decisions, operations, growth and development and ensures they reflect the integrity of Dr. Bronner’s All-One mission and values.
De Rosa joined Dr. Bronner’s in 2012. As director of sales at Dr. Bronner’s, he leads and directs U.S. sales operations for the company including its inside sales and mass-market divisions and a team of more than 35 staff. In partnership with Coccari, he is responsible for shaping overall strategic sales strategy with Dr. Bronner’s executive team and advising on Dr. Bronner’s executive council.
Coccari joined Dr. Bronner’s in 2010. She leads and directs the company’s natural regional sales teams across the country. In partnership with De Rosa, she is responsible for shaping overall strategic sales strategy with Dr. Bronner’s executive team and advising on Dr. Bronner’s executive council.
