Fresh Express, a maker of retail packaged salads headquartered in Orlando, Florida, has launched Chiquita Bites and Chiquita Sticks, on-the go snacks in bite-sized form.
Chiquita Bites packs feature fresh fruit, cheese and nuts and contain at least 7 grams of protein and come in single-serve trays and come in the following five varieties:
- Apple wedges, cheddar cheese and red grapes;
- Apple wedges, Monterey Jack, cranberries and cashews;
- Apple wedges, Monterey Jack, cranberries and raisins;
- Apple wedges, cheddar cheese and multi grain crackers; and
- Apple wedges, cheddar cheese and pretzels.
Chiquita Sticks are red apples peeled and cut in the shape of a thick french fry designed with dippers in mind and only 25 calories per serving.
