Henkel Creates State-Of-The-Art Customer Experience Center

Henkel

Henkel has opened the Henkel Experience Center at its consumer products headquarters in Stamford, Connecticut. Occupying more than 5,200 s.f. and comprising 10 different experience stations, the center provides a destination for the company’s strategic retail partners.

The location engages customers across business units with interactive stations that allow visitors to experience the company’s consumer products through the center’s multimedia and experiential elements and by creating products themselves.

“By meeting with Henkel at the Experience Center, our customers will have a firsthand look at our latest innovations and experience our proprietary consumer insights, digital capabilities, marketing expertise and sustainability commitments in a stimulating, out-of-the-office environment,” said Heather Wallace, SVP-beauty care, North America. “We look forward to welcoming our customers, sharing the experience and collaborating with them for our mutual growth.”

In North America, the company operates across its three business units: Adhesive Technologies, Beauty Care and Laundry & Home Care. With sales of around $6 billion U.S. (5 billion euros) in 2018, North America accounts for 25 percent of the company’s global sales. The company employs approximately 9,000 people across the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico.

Founded in 1876, the company markets a range of consumer and industrial brands in North America of soaps, laundry detergents, antiperspirants, hair styling products and adhesives and employs approximately 53,000 people globally.
