Bindi has launched a new menu item which originates from the Bindi family’s native Tuscany region. The Italian dessert company is offering a mini version of the Tuscan-born Torta della Nonna (Grandmother Cake) for the American market.
The story of Bindi company took hold in 1946 where the concept of fast delivery of desserts for the foodservice industry was born. Bindi has since expanded to the U.S. market with a production facility in Belleville, New Jersey, and two distribution centers in New Jersey and California, ensuring the same service and nationwide delivery through a cold chain distribution network for product preservation and freshness.
