This acquisition will create a stronger brand and bolster the accounts both companies currently cover, Maximum Marketing says.
Sunshine Specialties owner Michael Iannotti will continue to support the combined efforts of Maximum Marketing as the companies push through this transition. Maximum Marketing will keep intact the sales team that currently works for Sunshine Specialties South.
Maximum Marketing Specialty Products represents companies in categories such as conventional and natural grocery; plant-based foods; household products; health and beauty care companies; vitamins and herbs; and sports nutrition.
“We have a great management team in place that has helped make it possible for us to expand,” said Brad Magaro, president of Maximum Marketing, which is based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. “We are looking forward to continued growth in 2020.”
Maximum Marketing employs more than 90 people and is growing with the addition of Sunshine Specialties, an entity in the National Sales Associates (NSA). NSA consists of three partners covering the U.S., with Maximum Marketing being the majority shareholder.
Maximum Marketing plans to continue expansion in years to come.
