Turkey Hill Appoints Sterbenz Chief Commercial Officer

Jim Sterbenz, Turkey Hill

Turkey Hill, a Lancaster, Pennsylvania-based manufacturer and distributor of branded ice cream and refrigerated drinks, named Jim Sterbenz as chief commercial officer. In this newly created role, Sterbenz will oversee all commercial operations at Turkey Hill, including sales, consumer marketing and product development. Jim will report to Tim Hopkins, Turkey Hill’s CEO.

Sterbenz joins the company with more than 30 years of experience in the consumer packaged goods industry, most recently serving as SVP, U.S. Sales with The Campbell Soup Co. Prior to Campbell’s, he held sales leadership positions with Godiva Chocolatier, Master Foods USA, Kraft Foods North America and Nabisco Foods Group.
