Ted Asprooth has joined Alexandria, Virginia-based NACS as national sales manager.
In this role, Asprooth will be part of the sales team that provides customized and integrated marketing opportunities—including the industry’s premier buying event, the NACS Show—via communications vehicles that include NACS Magazine, the NACS Convenience Matters podcast, NACS Daily, convenience.org and other event- and project-focused opportunities.
Asprooth has more than 30 years of experience in the convenience retailing industry and extensive experience in launching new products and implementing ideas to drive new revenue opportunities. He previously served as publisher/VP of sales for CSP Media and as publisher and VP of sales for Donohue/Meehan Publishing, which published Convenience Store Decisions. Most recently, he served as new business development director for Antunes, which provides foodservice equipment and water filtration systems.

Asprooth earned a bachelor of science degree from Western Illinois University.
