Niman Ranch has debuted a 6-oz. package of sliced deli ham, available in Black Forest, Applewood Smoked. Niman Ranch’s new deli ham is made from pork raised with no antibiotics—ever.
The new deli ham will join the company’s other pre-sliced deli items, which include corned beef, pastrami, roast beef and a charcuterie line, creating a complete suite of deli meat options. Niman Ranch partners with U.S. farmers who raise their animals with the utmost care and respect for the land. Many of the country’s most celebrated chefs choose Niman Ranch to showcase on their menus because of this promise, and home chefs can access this same quality product.

The new line of deli products will be featured throughout the year in a series of activations, kicking off with a “Brunch Hard” blitz and followed by other seasonal events throughout the year, including bridal shower season and back to school.
The new sliced deli ham will be available in stores beginning in April.
