Convenience store chain Yesway is celebrating the grand opening of its new Allsup’s store, located at 506 E Hall St. in Bangs, Texas, through June 19.
Customers who visit the store between June 13-19 can enter for a chance to win one of the prizes that will be given away at noon on June 19, including a Panasonic 65-inch TV, a barbecue grill or milk for one year (52 gallons).
During the grand opening, Allsup’s also will be holding Great Grocery Giveaways, giving away free groceries every hour from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. on June 18 and from 10-11 a.m. on June 19. Winners will receive an Allsup’s ice chest full of Allsup’s and Yesway branded items, including taco sauce, salsa, jerky, chips, chocolate bars and more.
Everyone is invited to meet Dallas Cowboys Super Bowl Co-MVP Randy White, who will be signing autographs from noon-2 p.m. on June 18. There also will be a special drawing for a signed Dallas Cowboys helmet.
Allsup’s also invites customers to visit the Pepsi trailer on Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. to enjoy free Pepsi drinks and Frito-Lays chips.
In addition, during the grand opening celebration, customers can get a 32-oz. Tallsup or any size Allsup’s coffee or cappuccino for 49 cents, as well as an Allsup’s burrito or chimichanga – buy one, get one free. Allsup is also offering the Coffey Anderson Special, a beef and bean burrito, a corn dog and a Tallsup, for $4.99 during the grand opening.
“It is exciting for us to be able to bring this new store to our long-time, loyal customers in Bangs, Texas,” said Tom Trkla, chairman and CEO of Yesway. “It is also important that we support the communities we serve, and so, in honor of the grand opening we will be making a $1,250 donation to the Bangs Independent School District as well as a $1,250 donation to the Bangs Volunteer Fire Department.”
The new Bangs Allsup’s store features a forecourt with 16 fueling positions, a diesel island with three fuel bays and 5,500 square feet of interior merchandising space. Customers visiting this new store, which is open 24 hours per day, will find all of their favorite Allsup’s foods and snacks, a new trucker/automotive section, a large selection of Hispanic foods and Beer Cave, along with amenities including Western Union service, ATM availability, as well as Allsup’s World Famous Burritos and other hot foods.
