FMI’s Latest Research Looks At Back To School/Back To Office

FMI – The Food Industry Association’s latest U.S. Grocery Shopper Trends Tracker survey looks at consumers’ plans for the fall season of back to school, back to office and the ongoing impact of COVID-19 on grocery shopping habits. 

To assess the impact of COVID-19 on the perceptions and behaviors of grocery shoppers, FMI and The Harman Group are actively surveying shoppers about their changing shopping habits and publishing an ongoing series of reports. This latest research focuses on the back to school and back to office season, outlines shopper’s vaccination and booster shot preferences and provides insights into household’s changing grocery shopping habits due to the COVID-19 pandemic.  

This research helps the food industry identify how the COVID-19 pandemic is changing grocery shopping habits to inform business strategy and better meet consumer needs.
