Symphony RetailAI’s Sullivan Named An RIS News Top Mover, Shaker


Cheryl Sullivan, chief product officer for Dallas, Texas-based Symphony RetailAI, a global provider of integrated AI-powered marketing, merchandising and supply chain solutions for FMCG retailers and manufacturers, has been named to RIS News’ Influentials 2021: Top 10 Movers and Shakers in Retail.

The annual recognition highlights executives who are shaping the retail industry and their companies through the strategic use of technology.

For more than 30 years, Sullivan has led teams that design technology that has redefined and elevated the supply chain, marketing and merchandising functions for hundreds of thousands of retailers and CPG manufacturers around the world. She joined Symphony RetailAI this year as the company’s first chief product officer, leading product strategy and management in lockstep with the marketing organization.

In this role, Sullivan is responsible for defining and developing leading-edge innovations to solve the ever-changing challenges of today’s retailers while predicting the future needs of tomorrow’s shopper.

Sullivan’s leadership is ensuring that new innovation at Symphony RetailAI is end-to-end in nature and customer-centric at its core. This includes using artificial intelligence to influence decisions made related to the supply chain, distributed order management, demand forecasting, store design, assortment management and space optimization.
