Warren, Michigan-based Lipari Foods has finalized an agreement to acquire Minnesota-based Market Distributing, a distributor of quality, innovative foods. This opportunity will expand Lipari’s distribution footprint into the adjacent markets of Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa and the Dakotas.
Located in Burnsville, Minnesota, the Market Distributing team has been servicing retailers in the Upper Midwest for 25 years. Market Distributing currently supplies 571 retailers in five states, with approximately 73 employees.
Market Distributing partners with top brands such as Dot’s Pretzels, GT’S Kombucha, Nueske’s Meats and Sweet Martha’s.
