Houston, Texas-based Relationshop, a provider of digital customer engagement solutions, has added Linda Wakim as the company’s VP of business development.

Wakim joins Relationshop with more than 25 years of experience in marketing and merchandising in the retail space. She has worked with retailers in the U.S. and South America in both the grocery and drug channels, developing strategies and campaigns which deliver profitable growth, incremental sales at customer, category and chainwide levels, and increased customer loyalty.
Prior to joining Relationshop, Wakim held leadership roles at Instacart, Symphony Retail AI, Giant Eagle Inc. and Financial Services companies.
