The Refrigerated Foods Association has announce Aaron Davis as the keynote speaker for the RFA Annual Conference and Exhibition in February.
As a member of the 1994 National Championship Nebraska Football team, Davis understands what it takes to perform like a champion and experience results personally and professionally by maintaining a positive attitude. He is a successful business owner, consultant and performance coach.
Davis will deliver the keynote presentation at RFA’s annual conference on “The Attitude of a Champion.” Attitude, mental toughness and the ability to change and adapt quickly are just a few characteristics that champions possess. He will explain to attendees how to gain strategies, encouragement and insights and will discuss the importance of integrity, the power of passion, the value of having fun and tips on how to adapt in an ever-changing environment.
The RFA conference will include manufacturers and suppliers of chilled, prepared, ready-to-eat food products. The conference will be held Feb. 26–March 1 at The Sanctuary Resort in Kiawah Island, South Carolina. Other tailored presentations will include the RFA Technical Update, Sustainability, Cheese 101, Logistics/Supply Chain and the timely topic of In Plant Automation and Efficiencies.
The Refrigerated Foods Association is comprised of chilled food manufacturers and its suppliers from the U.S. and Canada. The RFA offers four main membership categories: manufacturer, associate (equipment, packaging, ingredient and service suppliers), professional/academic and affiliate members.
The RFA’s 2023 Conference will feature a full exhibition and the association’s One-on One CEO Sessions, where suppliers sign up to meet with the CEOs of their choice for 10 minute sessions. In addition, golfers are invited to participate in the annual tournament, which will take place at the Osprey Point Golf Course. Networking opportunities will occur over the three-day event, which will also include a closing banquet with a live auction, entertainment and awards.
