Riteway Sales And Marketing Shares Company Promotions

Lakeland, Florida-based Riteway Sales and Marketing has announced new leadership changes in the company. Effective Jan. 1, Steve Critelli, EVP, will assume the role of president. Jim Hall will move from president to chairman and CEO of the organization.

“As part of our succession plan of the company, we are elevating Steve to oversee the expansion and continued growth of our organization,” Hall said. “Steve has done a great job for us and has earned the new position.”

The updated roles will allow the company to remain focused on bringing value to clients and customers.

“We are a sales-driven company, and our strength has always been continuity of leadership,” Hall continued. “I’m confident our team will provide the leadership for continued success and achieving long-term goals.” 

Riteway has also announced two promotions in the Insights department.

Melissa Henderson has been with Riteway for four years and has been promoted to senior insights manager. In her role, she will create retailer insights and set the pace for the Riteway marketing team. Henderson can identify insights and create sales solutions.

Darlene McQueen has been employed by Riteway for seven years and has been promoted to insight manager. In her new role, McQueen will work with the sales team, creating market insights and content for Riteway’s key client manufacturers. She will also organize consumer data with the ability to distill the information down to a category segment.

For more than 40 years, Riteway Sales and Marketing is a food broker in the Southeast. The sales agency has offices in Lakeland, Jacksonville, Miami and has recently expanded with a new office in Greenville, South Carolina.
