Kroger Expands Digital Shelf Optimization With Intelligence Node

Kroger Marketplace has partnered with Intelligence Node to enhance online shopping by providing an experience that better informs shoppers’ product selections and purchase decisions.

Additionally, third-party sellers will benefit from a content management solution that aligns with improving the ranking criteria of modern search engine results pages (SERPs), enabling enhanced visibility and clarity across product detail pages.

Intelligence Node and Kroger Marketplace will work together to provide clearer product listings to improve the customer experience, as well as better insights into product performance.

“The Kroger Marketplace involves a complex matrix of elements that need to be effectively managed to deliver a seamless customer experience online,” said Michael Murphy, group VP of analytics and execution at Kroger.

“From product copy and ratings to reviews and taxonomy, customers are searching out more information than ever before and providing what they need, when they need it is important.
