Greensboro, N.C.-based The Fresh Market will hold an open house for local vendors to showcase their products from 8 a.m.-2 p.m. Friday, March 16, at the O.Henry Hotel in Greensboro.
Growers and manufacturers can introduce their “retail-ready products” to The Fresh Market and learn about the company’s process for selecting, promoting and selling local products in its stores, The Business Journal reports.
“Supporting local farmers and manufacturers has always been a core part of The Fresh Market’s business,” Marc Jones, the company’s SVP of marketing and merchandising, said in a statement. “As we continue to grow our company throughout the United States, we are also growing our local programs, increasing our focus on finding fantastic local products that our customers will love.”
