Martin Rejoins Financial Supermarkets Inc.

FSI's Dave Martin

Dave Martin is rejoining Financial Supermarkets Inc. (FSI) as EVP and chief development officer. Martin, a seasoned retail banking executive, is an accomplished writer and presenter who will continue to share his passion for in-store banking within the training curriculum as well as throughout the financial industry on FSI’s behalf, according to Roy Bell, president and CEO of FSI. Martin’s monthly columns are currently featured in American Banker and other bank media.

FSI first hired Martin after he was named Supermarket Banker of the Year during the 1995 National In-Store Banking Conference. He served as director of marketing and training for five years until deciding to pursue other interests.

“The opportunity to team again with some of the hardest working and truly nicest people in the financial services industry is something I am exceedingly grateful for,” Martin says.

Martin and his wife, Cindy, reside in Sugar Land, Texas, with their two teenage sons.

“Having worked with Dave for many years, I have great confidence in him and am pleased that he will once again contribute his talent within our company and to our membership,” Bell says.

Martin distributes a bi-weekly commentary entitled “The In-Store Advantage,” highlighting his view on financial industry topics as well as personal motivation and leadership tactics.
