Natural Grocers by Vitamin Cottage Inc. has priced its initial public offering at $13 to $15 a share, the Lakewood, Colo., company disclosed to the Securities and Exchange Commission on Thursday, the Denver Business Journal reports.
The family-owned retailer filed its registration statement for an IPO last month. At that time, Natural Grocers by Vitamin Cottage estimated it would raise as much as $115 million from the offering.
The revised filing said the maximum amount raised would be $123.2 million, assuming the 8.21 million shares being offered sell for $15 each.
The company said it plans to trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “NGVC.” The company, which started in the 1950s, has 54 stores in 10 states.
