Odwalla is releasing its first new bars of 2012 with four new wholesome options.
Each of the new flavors was developed with a specific snack or meal occasion in mind—Apple Toffee Pistachio and Chocolate Almond Coconut are perfect for wholesome indulgence, while Orange Cranberry and Lemon Ginger are ideal food bars with mornings in mind, according to a company news release. All are available now and are good sources of five essential vitamins and minerals including antioxidant vitamins A, C and E.
“At Odwalla, we understand today’s on-the-go culture—people are busy and want snack options that are nutritious and taste good,” said Irma Shrivastava, VP of marketing for Odwalla Inc. “Our new bars have wholesome ingredients as well as satisfying flavor combinations, so they’re great for those looking for options to help them maintain an active healthy lifestyle.”
The latest selection of Odwalla nourishing food bars is sure to have something for every taste palate with these innovative new flavors:
• Apple Toffee Pistachio: This blend of whole cereal grains, sweet apples, crunchy pistachios and sweet toffee manages to be wholesome while still being as delicious as mama’s apple pie.
• Chocolate Almond Coconut: A decadent option for the nourishing indulgence snack occasion, this bar teams hearty oats with crunchy almonds, rich coconut and a creamy chocolate drizzle.
• Orange Cranberry: Tangy cranberries and sweet oranges bring a powerful one-two punch to this baked blend that’s a great on-the-go bar for a busy morning.
