Better For You Foods LLC is introducing Better4U Foods “shelf stable” Gluten Free Pizza Crust. The product is designed for consumers who wish to create their own gluten-free pizza, topped with individual choices of ingredients. The Better4U Foods pizza crust is of particular interest to gluten-free consumers and grocers due to the product’s 90-day shelf life and the fact that it requires no refrigeration, says a news release from the Delray Beach, Fla.-based company.
Better4U Foods also plans to launch a frozen multi-grain gluten-free crust, which is the same product used in five varieties of frozen gluten-free pizzas currently sold. Both new pizza crust products are slated to be available in grocery stores during the second quarter of this year.
