Hodgson Mill’s new gluten-free Quinoa & Brown Rice side dishes are available in Italian, Garlic & Herb, Lemon Pepper, Spicy or Mediterranean flavors.
The company says the line provides a healthier alternative to white rice or white pasta. Hodgson Mill Quinoa & Brown Rice uses organic quinoa and all natural seasoning offer 5g of protein and 2g of fiber per serving.
In addition, Hodgson Mill Quinoa & Brown Rice is low in sodium with no more than 90g—one-third to one-half less sodium than other quinoa side dishes on the market, the company says. Hodgson Mill Quinoa & Brown Rice also is certified Kosher (U Parve) and packaged in a gluten-free facility.
Effingham, Ill.-based Hodgson Mill’s Quinoa & Rice line is located in the rice and bean or gluten-free aisle and comes in brown bags with nutrition information on the front of the package.
