GloriAnn Farms and its partner Five Crowns Marketing have announced their “Support Our Troops” promotion for the second year. For every retail case of corn sold in August, GloriAnn Farms will make a donation to the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund, which contributes to the families of military personnel lost or injured in duty.
“We are so honored to be partnering with the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund again this year. It’s our way of giving back to military families who have sacrificed so much for our nation. Last year, we were able to donate nearly $18,000 to this fund and hope to top that this year,” says Mark Bacchetti, one of the principals of GloriAnn Farms.
The GloriAnn tray packs for the month of August will include a sticker highlighting the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund.
According to Daren Van Dyke, director of sales and marketing for Five Crowns, “This not only increases customer awareness for this worthy cause, but allows for merchandising opportunities for our customers. We encourage customers to contact their sales rep regarding promotion details.”
