Limoneira Co., a leading agribusiness with prime agricultural land and operations, real estate and water rights in California, has appointed Mark Palamountain as its director of business development and business integration.
Palamountain previously served as Limoneira’s director of energy, waste and water projects and was instrumental in the development of Limoneira’s solar installation, one of the largest private solar facilities in California. Prior to joining Limoneira in 2011, Palamountain co-founded Perpetual Power, a renewable energy company with annual revenues of more than $20 million. He also has held senior positions at Broadpoint Securites, Thomas Weisel Partners and JP Morgan Chase.
